Blog #5

1) What are you most stressed-out with at the moment? Why? Is your body re-acting to this stress? Devise a plan to deal with it. (Who do you turn to when you are stressed?)
I'm stressed with all the english journals I have to write every single day and the intepretative essay I have to polish and edit that is due next week and on top of that I have to study for my psych exam on tuesday and I really need to get a good grade on it cause I have been slacking in that class and really need to force myself to sit done and study. I also have to make thorough study notes in order to have a good enough understanding of what might be on the exam . My body is feeling very run down and fatigue due to overworking myself and being stressed. I think I should eat well and get plenty of rest so that my brain can perform at best. When I am stressed i like to workout or play a sport to help get my mind of things and relax. I also like to sit down alone and watch a movie or a tv show or listen to some type or calm music to get me to settled down and not be so frustrated with all the events taking place in my life.

  1. You're right, this time of year is a lot piled on so everyone is feeling stressed. You should definitely try to eat healthy and get as much sleep as you can. It's amazing how our body controls our brains. Exercise is a great stress relief and so is being alone in the quiet and watching TV etc.. so it sounds like you have a good plan.

Almost done with the semester - we can see the light at the end!
