1) What are you most looking forward to next semester?
I'm looking forward to having a fresh start and having a whole new routine with different classes and different people to meet. I'm also looking forward to learning more about my chosen major with SL 160: Anatomy of the Speech and Hearing Mechanism as it will be more interesting and not as dry and the introduction class. I'm also looking forward to possibly going to Aruba on spring break!

2) What advice do you have for incoming Freshmen next Fall?
You have to be responsible and go take care of yourself and go to class, do homework and study for tests and not always party. This isn't fun and games anymore as you have to pay for your education nowadays. You can't fool around and skip classes anymore as univesity courses are WAY more valuble and important that highschool. Also keeping an agenda and writing down everything important benefits and keeps you on track and you should look at your syllabous so you can stay ahead of your class lectures. College is much easier if you don't procrastinate and with all this unused time on our hands its easy to succeed but also if you don't use this time wisely you'll be digging youself in a deep hole with piles of assignments being due. Also get involved with activities that interest you and having a social life helps balance your life with all the stress you may recieve from classes. You don't wanna baracade yourself in a room not talking to anyone and just study study study cause that's not healthy.

1) What are you most stressed-out with at the moment? Why? Is your body re-acting to this stress? Devise a plan to deal with it. (Who do you turn to when you are stressed?)
I'm stressed with all the english journals I have to write every single day and the intepretative essay I have to polish and edit that is due next week and on top of that I have to study for my psych exam on tuesday and I really need to get a good grade on it cause I have been slacking in that class and really need to force myself to sit done and study. I also have to make thorough study notes in order to have a good enough understanding of what might be on the exam . My body is feeling very run down and fatigue due to overworking myself and being stressed. I think I should eat well and get plenty of rest so that my brain can perform at best. When I am stressed i like to workout or play a sport to help get my mind of things and relax. I also like to sit down alone and watch a movie or a tv show or listen to some type or calm music to get me to settled down and not be so frustrated with all the events taking place in my life.
